Hi everyone. I am new to autoCAD 2010 and am trying to learn the parametric constraints tool. I have followed an online tutorial on how to apply certain constraints to objects but the problem I am having is that no matter what I do I just can't seem to get the Parameters Manager dialogue box to appear. Regardless of how many times I've tried the Parameters Manager dialogue box simply does not appear.

The system variable is set to 1 (Show constraints)

Can anyone help me figure out why the Parameters Manager dialogue box does NOT appear when pressed????

Thanks to all

Hello Pablo; I have checked your links and can say that the first did not yield any success. The second links advice was followed and still no success. I typed the CUI and then clicked on the 2D drafting and Annotation default (current drawing), then I selected the Ribbon tabs then parametric then parametric manage. Only two lines appear indicating that the Show is marked as Yes and it's orientation is docked.

I can't figure this one out.

Any more suggestions would be appreciated.

Thanks

Problem solved. I wish I could say I did something realy terrific and teach others about how to fix the problem but I can't. I opened the block editor and selected the Properties Manager and the dialogue box appeared. I went back into Model space and viola, it was accessible there also. So in short if you can't see it in model space try seeing it in block editor. Hey it worked for me!!
