DIALOG BOXES are not appearing in Mechanical Desktop ver. 6

that i am presently using. I only get prompts in the command lines

below on the main screen.

Does anyone know how to restore dialog boxes?

Help much appreciated

i found the answer on a previous thread.

It is the FILEDIA, CMDDIA settings 1 for on.
