Have you got an A1 plotter that's roll feed, if so couldn't you go into the custom properties in the plot and set up a custom page size? say 4100 x 610 and then plot?

Hi yes I do have a A1 roll printer, it's getting the font size to print at the banner size I cant figure out, do i need to have a paper port the size of the banner to do it ?

is your banner drawn in model space or paper?

in paper space set up a viewport @ 4000 x 600 on it's own layer (set that layer not to print) then zoom @ 1:1.

In the plot dialogue box go into the properties and set up a custom page size that will be able to accommodate the banner (will need to be a bit bigger than banner itself, i suggest 4100 x 650).

Once back in plot dialogue box, set to print extents with a 1:1 scale do a print preview and see if it looks right
