Layer Properties Manager

Hi,

 

Recently I have upgraded my system and had to re-install Auto-cad lt 2008.

I now have a problem, when using autocad every time I open ‘Layer Properties Manager’ window the system freezes, the only way I can resume is to shut autocad down by Windows task manager, ‘end task’ thus losing any unsaved work.

We have tried re-installing Auto-cad lt, but have had no success.

Any suggestions.

Uninstall completely and reinstall.

when you say upgraded what exactly did you do.

New computer.

The layer prop manager may be popping up off the screen making you think it has locked up. Go into the CUI and change the properties of the layer manager from floating to docked.
