Large dot linetype

I am trying to make a linetype that is a line followed by a large dot. I have made other linetypes by code in the lin file, but cant work out how to make dots larger. I cant use shapes either for this job. Any help appreciated.

This should get you started... a Textstyle named Arial using the font Arial.ttf needs to be created first.

A,0.20,["\U+25CF",arial,x=-.1,y=.02,s=.1],0.20

When you are making your linetypes, the s= is the scale factor, so you could play around with your existing linetype and make your dot larger
