Drawing Numbering

Hi All,

 

I am updating the drawing templates and processes for my office and have come across an issue that I can't figure how best to resolve. We currently use a plethora of information to formulate drawing numbers and so have no consistency. I have used a clients system that runs CAD in a shell which allows you to formulate drawing numbers using a number of drop down options. I have figured out what range of information to use to create a dwg number however have little faith in my colleagues remembering what to do let alone carry it through.

 

Is there a way of creating an attribute within a title block that only allows input from a limited number of options? Like a drop down box?

 

Any suggestions?
