Exporting multiple projects to Crystal?

I am currently trying to export multiple projects from Autodesk REVIT Architecture via ODBC database to Crystal reports.

 

Rather than accumulating projects the first project is overwritten, so only one project can be exported.

 

The aim is to group all the projects so production volumes can be identified.

 

Can this be done?

 

Or does anyone know of any other way of exporting REVIT tables for multiple projects to one database, preferrably Crystal?

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
