Jacko93 Posted July 1, 2010 Posted July 1, 2010 I am having a little trouble with trying to initiate the EATTEDIT command through double clicking the block. I have checked the box within user settings for Double Click editing and have looked in the Windows control panel for Mouse settings, but to no avail. Is there a variable I am missing somewhere. Also, not sure if it connected, but using the delete button no longer erases selected objects. Any help would be massively appreciated. Jacko. Quote
Jacko93 Posted July 1, 2010 Author Posted July 1, 2010 It also isn't within the CUI customiser. I have checked the mouse itself and it is fine in all other areas of the computer (double click for opening a file etc). I'm going to go under with this one I think. Quote
numberOCD Posted July 1, 2010 Posted July 1, 2010 Have you attempted the use of your delete button with other programs, such as notepad and word? If you delete button is defective that would be repairable. As for the inability with the EATTEDIT, did you make the block or was it provided by a third party? If the latter, did you double check that you can alter the ATT data inside Block Editor? Along with that, do you know the edition by which it was created? If the former, did you try making another and checking other commands like BATTORDER inside the Block Editor. If you did create and everything is failing, I would advise contacting backing up all your files and reinstalling your program. Best of luck to ya Quote
Jacko93 Posted July 1, 2010 Author Posted July 1, 2010 Yeah, everything works outside of AutoCAD. I'll probably just have to put up with it rather than a re-install to be honest, as I would have to wait for ICT to come and do it. That in itself will cause problems, as they won't let you do a thing, yet they know nothing about what you want to do Cheers buddy. Quote
