gsksun4 Posted July 6, 2010 Posted July 6, 2010 After I edit a block in the block editor, It regens to a blank black screen. Then I have to zoom extents and zoom back to where the block is. Is this normal? I would think it'd be better if it just put you back to where you were working. I understand the regen probably is necessary to change all the blocks that need to be updated. Just wonder why it puts you to a blank space. Glenn 2009LT Quote
gsksun4 Posted July 6, 2010 Author Posted July 6, 2010 Surely most people here experience this. 32 views but no thoughts on this? Have I not made the question clear? Glenn Quote
rkent Posted July 6, 2010 Posted July 6, 2010 I have not experienced this and I bet the other 32 have not either, so there is no solution to post for you. Quote
dbroada Posted July 6, 2010 Posted July 6, 2010 yet again I have to agree with rkent. Only another 30 to find. Quote

welshwil Posted February 10, 2011 Posted February 10, 2011 type UCSFollow and reset to 0 rather than 1 Quote
Murph_map Posted February 11, 2011 Posted February 11, 2011 Check the base point of the block, it may be set to 0,0 and your objects that make up the block may be off in outerspace. Quote
Glen1980 Posted February 11, 2011 Posted February 11, 2011 Welcome to the forum Welshwil. Good little tip that, I just replicated the problem by changing my UCSFOLLOW to 1 on a drawing that is set out well away from the origin of the drawing. Always nice to learn things Quote
