how to apply MATERIALS

i see there 3 option to upload MATERIALS but i dont know where to apply??

Materials can be applied to objects individually or assigned to a layer.

This can be accomplished using the Attach By Layer tool in the Render tab's expanded Materials panel.

where is that Render's tab sir? is the material panel using the rmat command?

if you use the MATERIALATTACH command you can attach materials to certain layers
