how to print 1:1

i have the scale on my idw at 1:1 but when i print it comes out just under it's proper size (actual size is 7" and the print out its 6.75"), how do i make it print actually 1:1?

it was so close before that i never bothered to measure, but i was just making something and it was sort of a random shape and wanted to make sure it was the same, so i thought it was some sort of setting somewhere when it came to how the model was actually put on the page it was shrunken or something
