curved arrow

How do i make a curved arrow head

 

i know how to make a straight line thickness eg, 20 to 1 but on an arc i cant find the option ?

 

 

start point 60,95

mid point 170,140

end point 225,130

 

width 25 and 0

 

arrow head end 295,70

 

cant make the arrow head pointy ?
