How to put 3D models together in an assembly?

Okay,

I've managed to create seven(7) 3D models to make an assembly drawing. How do I get them all on 1 workspace?

Well, I managed to play around with what I have and create the following assembly. These will be used as a visual aid for a work instruction. Tried to import into MS Word but would only come over as wireframe. I had to create a viewport on a layout sheet and then use a 3rd party Screen capture program to insert as a picture.
