It is safe not to download from a website that you don't know. If you don't want to answer the full questionnaires, you can participate in the shorter one online here:

I am a Msc student at University of Greenwich. I am studying CAD standards and management. So that this survey is for my study only.

I took a look at the survey.

 

The questionaire makes no bones about asking your name, address, email, where you work, your employer's name and address and who is in charge of CAD standards there.
