Acad 2011. Is it REALLY Windows 7 compliant?

Am trying to install 2011 on my brand new Windows 7 machine. Keep getting an error message saying that it cannot install to my current operating system. Any ideas?

Is your operating system 64 bit or 32 bit?

And what about Autocad? 64 or 32?

Yes...2011 is Win7 compliant.

 

No problem here. Got 2011 running on Win7 Ultimate. Both are 64-bit. Heck, I even have two 32-bit versions loaded (2004 and 2007) just to see if it could be done. They work too.
