qball Posted August 11, 2010 Share Posted August 11, 2010 I can't figure out how to make diagonal / sloped HSS columns (ie following a roof slope). qball Posted September 1, 2010 Author Share Posted September 1, 2010 I think I found the problem. It seems that when you load a Family type for Columns, it is only for columns. So when i loaded 3X3 hss, I thought it would be an option for Brace. But I had to pick Brace, and Load Family and load the hss again so it is associated to Brace.
