lhorgan
In the middle of the day yesterday this happened, I don't know if I hit a few wrong buttons or something or what, but when I do "Save As..." or Ctrl+Shft+S, either way the normal window that pop's up does not anymore. Text shows up in the command line but that's it. I tried all the Open & Save settings & nothing fixed it. Please help, it is pretty frustrating Please see the pict attached. BlackBox
Try this: (if (/= 1 (getvar 'filedia)) (setvar 'filedia 1))

BlackBox
or simply... filedia enter 1 enter This is true... but I add the code I posted to my personal settings, loaded with ACADDOC.lsp
lpseifert
I posted to let the OP know that it wasn't necessary to use lisp to change it. BTW... if you always want filedia=1, why the conditional?
BlackBox
I posted to let the OP know that it wasn't necessary to use lisp to change it. Of course, I didn't mean to knock your doing so. BTW... if you always want filedia=1, why the conditional? Good question... I'm no expert, but the way I've learned, it is considered 'best practice' to conditionally set system variables, rather than force them no matter their value.
