How to get MText from AcDbMText

Hello,

 

I took over some Delphi code and am having trouble figuring out how to pull MText from a drawing. I have figured out how to get attributes from AcDbBlockReference but can't figure out AcDbMText and how to access it.

 

If someone could point me to an example in any language that would be a great help.

Would you please clarify exactly what it is you want to 'access'... is there a specific property, or do you just want to know what properties are available to acDbMtext, etc.? :?
