tonika Posted September 1, 2010 Posted September 1, 2010 Hi, I am typing the date (in format xx/xx/xx) and Mtext is stacking the numbers as for fractions. There used to be a right click option for unstacking but it is not available now. Can anyone help? Thank you. Quote

Dana W Posted September 1, 2010 Posted September 1, 2010 My mtext editor has a stack/unstack toggle button on the editor floaty toolbar. Just highlight and click it. Whoa, wait. That changed my '/' to a '#'. Wazzup with that? That is not good. Back in the day couldn't you set the stack options so you could type a space or some special character after the slash, and it would just delete the space or character without stacking so you could type out Gregorian dates? I just use dashes for the dates anyhow. Quote
tonika Posted September 1, 2010 Author Posted September 1, 2010 I had to highlight only the stacked portion of the text and then there was a right click option for unstacking. If the whole text is selected then there is no right click unstuck option available. A small detail that drove me crazy. Quote

I guess the programmers at AutoDesk wrote "if hi-lite = stacked.... instead of "If ANY hi-lite = stacked.... Unstuck? My brain needs an Unstuck button at times. Quote
