Multiline Attribute Width

I have a border with multiline attribute "remedial....". When it was a single line attribute I could adjust the Width Factor. But with Multiline it doesn't seem to be an option.

But multiline text (not attributes) you can change the Width Factor. Is there something I did wrong? Or is that just the way it is?
