Selectionset help required - building a selection set form a listbox selection

Hey guys i have a listbox that i need to create a selection set from the problem is i have very little experience. i can get the selectionset to select everything in the drawing but is there a way to narrow it down to the layouts i select with my listbox? any help would be great.
