I'm Using A Table Now And Wanted To Know If Anyone Out There Does To?

Posted

Table? Yep, eat my meals on one. Perhaps you meant tablet? As in a digitizing tablet. If so, I still use one. I think one other poor soul here at the forum does too. We're real dinosaurs. LOL

If you're a digitizer user then that makes three dinosaurs! What make/model? I've got a Calcomp II at home and a Calcomp III at work. Both are 12x12 with 16-button puck.

I dont use one, but do consulting for a guy that does. Every 3 years when he upgrades Autocad, I have t reprogram his tablet in the CUI

old dinasaur (gone the way of...) here.... had to abandon my tablet after 20 years as 2009 does not support them (yet?)

found out the hard way as I had to return a calcomp VI  to go with new Vista 64 system

DFnH: That's strange. I'm running AC 2009 in the office using an "old" Calcomp DB III.

had I known I'd have probably gone XP (64) but the damage was done.

note: whilst trying to find the drivers, etc I was informed that Autodesk is falling away from the tablet so I swallowed HARD and cut the cord....
