Best way to convert these splines into a 3D surface?

Hello! First post, and I am new to AutoCAD.

 

I am currently using AutoCAD Architecture 2011 in AutoCAD mode, and I have plotted the relevant curves that I wish to make up my surface. I was trying the loft command at first, but I need more detail and I kept getting funky results. I tried lofting with guides, but I cannot seem to get them to work properly. When I finish this surface, I plan to mirror it for uniformity.

 

What is the best way to convert the splines in the attached file (dome.dwg "Model" layer) into a surface? I have only been experimenting with AutoCAD here and there for a couple of weeks, so please keep this in mind!
