Is there a way of converting a Cad Duct model into a solid model in AutoCAD?

Hello people!

I am new to AutoCAD and I am wanting to convert a Cad Duct file, (i do have the OE's enabled) and want to create a solid model from this for a supplier. Is there a possible way of doing this? I have done a test of exploding the Cad Duct objects which gives me a multitude of 3D faces, but i still cant seem to get these together to form a solid model.
