LT is more like 2.5D not true 3D. You'll be limited in what you can actually do.

 

What is it that you are trying to draw?

 

By the way, you should have posted this as a separate question and not tack it onto another thread. You'll get more responses that way.

I'd also suggest taking a look at the CADTutor AutoCAD FAQ section. Look under Getting Started > Hardware/Software Selection. There is a topic regarding the differences between the full AutoCAD and LT that might be of some interest to you.

I am good in 2D but not 3D I am trying to draw cylinder

A cylinder requires height. I don't think LT has an EXTRUDE command so the only other option would be THICKNESS. Does it have that command? I'm just guessing here as I'm away from the office today where I do have a copy of LT that hasn't been used in quite a while.
