How to update link´s

I use "Parameters" linked to Excel to import values for my parts. When i link the values from Excel they appear in Parameter window. But when i change values in Excel it doesen´t change in Inventor. I have tried to refresh but doesen´t help. How do I update this link to show altered values.

You have to save the excel file after your changes, then go back into inventor and click the update button.
