I don't use Greek Symbols much, but when I do I find I spend too much time looking for the one that looks right. So I decided to post up on here the symbol Fonts that look the best (in my opinion).

arial

candara

courier new

garamond

In case you don't know how to find the Greek Symbols, in Mtext Editor you click the symbol button @, select other which opens the character map. Scroll through, double click the one you like, hit Copy, then Ctrl+V (paste) in your text.

Easier way is to write down their keycode every character has a unique id you can enter them straight in you hold the alt key down and type in a number this is for any text. Try Alt 0178 this is squared 0179 cubed the mtext shows this number in the bottom right hand side you probably only use a couple it on my cheat sheet on the wall.

Is the ALT version different than unicode? I don't see the number on the bottom right. Maybe it is a setting in my Mtext Editor?

I can see the unicode on the bottom of the Character Map, but it is the same code for the letter, regardless of what font. Therefore, you would still have to know which font to go to.

you need to pick a character further down the list to get the ALT + num to display the first 128 or so are normal.
