JD Mather Posted October 6, 2010 Posted October 6, 2010 What do you mean by, "when I run the program..."? Did you get it installed? If running Vista or Windows 7 did you turn off UAC before install? Quote

ReMark Posted October 6, 2010 Posted October 6, 2010 Did you download the correct version? There is a 32-bit and 64-bit version. What version of windows are you running and is it 32-bit or 64-bit? Quote

JD Mather Posted October 6, 2010 Posted October 6, 2010 yes i have downloaded the right version but it doesnt seem to work. i downloaded it from the Autodesk website (the student version) Are you sure you downloaded the 64-bit version? How fast is your connection speed? In my experience if it takes more than 3-4 hours the download is corrupt. Is it just 1 exe download or is there also an rar download? If there is an rar - do not try to unzip it. The exe is self-extracting and will extract the rar. Post a screen shot of the exact error message. Quote
alam k Posted October 6, 2010 Author Posted October 6, 2010 i will try to post a screen shot but im not to familiar with computers yet:) Quote
