liv-k
Hello everyone, I'm new in 3ds max and I try to do some models just for practise. So I'm experimenting on a tap. Anyway I've downloaded one random tap jpg and tried to model it in 3d. The problem is that when I tried to merge it into a house drawing the tap dims seem to be too small. My question is are there any dims that can be considered as regular and fit tha average tap. Or it's just a manufacturer subject. I include the tap jpg file. Maybe it's a silly question ot a matter of units. I don't know. If someone has any idea pls share. Thank you!
Cad64
It could be your units. Did you create the tap in metric units and then merge it into a file with U.S. Standard units? Try visiting some manufacturer's websites. Maybe they have dimensions listed for their various faucets.
