Did you check your tool palettes to see if there were any Dynamic Blocks of windows and doors included with the program?

I doubt there will be any blocks for closets. These you'll have to create and save yourself.

Note that many major manufacturers of windows and doors have websites where pre-made 2D and 3D blocks (some of them might be dynamic) are available for free download. Examples: Marvin, Pella, and Anderson.

Example: Marvin website offering 2D and 3D symbols.

For example I made a search and this is how the door should be http://www.ellenfinkelstein.com/images/acadtips_dynblk_door-5.png . Now that I know the door symbol what should the windows and closet be.

A dynamic block of a window in plan view would have to have a parameter for the varying widths available.

Closets? Unless you are designing something like a closet "system" I fail to see the need for a dynamic block representing closets but that's just my personal opinion. It's your drawing...go for it. I guess you could incorporate a parameter for both depth and width in a dynamic block.
