Zoom to Cursor Stopped working

While using Autocad in 3D drafting mode, the "zoom to cursor" has stopped functioning. Now, when I zoom using the scroll wheel on the mouse, it zooms to the center of the screen.

You're using a perspective view, change it to parallel
