Adding Dimensions to an Isometric View

How would you go about adding Dimensions to a Rendered view?

You can try the 3DA add in from autodesk labs if you are using Inventor 2010 or 2011.

 

Otherwise, Place rendered view in your drawing environment, change the Sheet Color on the Document Settings, apply Isometric Dimensions and then either screen grab or clip your drawing either in canvas or printed to a image file.
