br0604bom Posted November 3, 2010 Posted November 3, 2010 presently I am going into 'walk' to get a good view of the model, and in the position locator I can move the red dot ok to the position I would like, what I would like to find out is how to change the width of view in the position locator, as the small hand only seems to be moving the field of view and not widening or narrowing it I am not sure if this is the best way to set field of vision!! thanks very much to anyone who has an answer to this Quote
br0604bom Posted November 4, 2010 Author Posted November 4, 2010 I take I am completely way off the mark with this one? does anyone have any comment? Quote
rvpas Posted November 5, 2010 Posted November 5, 2010 Hy bro604 If you want to accurate more precisely your field of view, the best way in my opinion, it's to change it in your camera properties see picture Quote

rvpas Posted November 5, 2010 Posted November 5, 2010 Hy Bro604 You can set up your field of view during the camera placement Check in command line Command: _camera Current camera settings: Height=0.00 Lens Length=50.00 mm Specify camera location : Enter a value or specify a point Specify target location: Enter an option [ ?/ Name/ LOcation/ Height/ Target/ LEns/ Clipping/ View/ ]: choose Lens type "L" and enter Specify lens length in mm : give your field of view Enter an option [ ?/ Name/ LOcation/ Height/ Target/ LEns/ Clipping/ View/ ]: Bye Pasca Quote
