Hello,

I use AutoCAD 2004 LT.

Received an AutoCAD 2004 LT 2D drawing from a customer with some objects drawn on a layout.

Can someone please tell how I can move these objects to model space?

Thank you

Switch to your layout and invoke the CHSPACE command. Follow the prompts on the command line.

Not sure CHSPACE was available in 2004 LT ReMark.

leel, you may have to copy/paste & scale as/if required.

From a quick search, CHSPACE was availible first in 2007 - so Copy-paste + Scale looks like your best bet Leel.

Oh ye of little faith. I can't speak for LT 2004 but full 2004 did indeed have a CHSPACE command.

I think that CHSPACE was originally an Express Tools command, and thus not available to LT

No I do not doubt JTB. All I said was that the command was available. I didn't say where it came from.

Note: I typed it in at the command line and did not bother to check Express Tools.

Since it came from Express Tools I agree that it is not available in LT.
