DB007
Can someone help me with a Macro problem please.. I had this working before we had a new machine, but now with a fresh install it doesnt (the machine is running LT09) I've narrowed it done to the first part of the Macro which is this... ^C^Clengthen;de;-14;/; Its very simple just shortens the line by 14 and then should stop but it loops waiting for another line to be selected, i've tried a few combinations and nothing seems to stop it. Gone through the process on the command line and it seems correct? ...I've just managed to try it on an LT08 machine and it works exactly as it should so I'm thinking is it a system variable that's different maybe? Any help appreciated. Thanks Edited November 16, 2010 by DB007 More info

designerstuart
i'm not a macro expert, but i tried messing about with yours and it seems the last "/;" does nothing. i put in "^C^Clengthen;de;-14;" and it worked the same. was thinking the "/" might do the same job as an extra "enter" in a script. ho hum. not the answer, i know. alanjt
What happens if you add another semi-colon to the end?

DB007
Oh crap! I've just noticed I'm using / instead of \ !! What confused me was this was imported from my old install so no idea how it was working before! Sorry everyone!
