Pulling a hatch pattern out of a drawing

Using acad 2010

 

I recently came across a dwg that has a nice CMU hatch pattern. It displays fine when I open it on my computer despite the fact that I do not have that pattern installed. How do I get that pattern from the drawing into my hatch library?
