DWG TrueView support paths

Hey yall (I'm from Texas, can you tell??),

 

I'm trying to use DWG TrueView 2010 (heretofore known as TV) to batch plot to PDFs but I'm coming up against a problem. When I open up a file or a bunch of files to be published, TV does not find my PC3's nor my CTB's. I can't figure out where in TV I can tell TV where to look for such items. I've saved the PC3's and CTB that my company uses into the C:\Program Files\DWG TrueView 2010\ folder (under their respective "Plot Styles" and "Plotters" folders), however TV is still not finding the files.

 

Anyone have any suggestions as to what my problem here is (directly related to DWG TV, not my problems in general )?

When I installed TV, I left the files untouched in the AutoCAD path. TV defaults to the same place.
