How do I change the Plot to File path.

It plots to a Jobfile and I would like to change a file on the server that is set up for our PDFs.

In 2010, when you select "Plot to file" and do whatever else you need to in the plot dialog, hit ok, and it pops up a dialog called "browse for plot file". This dialog gives you the opportunity to pick where you want the file to go.

When I Plot to File it does not ask me where I want to save/print to. It just print to a file and I want it to print to another.

I ahve tried to change the Default Plot to File location in options but no luck.

when ever I use the dwgtopdf.pc3 file, a dialog always pops up and asks me where I want to plot it just like the dialog in the above picture, is this not the case for you? I dont think you can set it up to do both (plot to file and plot out).

When I plot a single layout tab i get the dialog box asking me where to save to, but when I publish mutiable layout table it does not ask me where to save to.

How do I change that?

Thanks Matt

Ok, that clarifies. When publishing, there is a publish options that can be selected, this specifies the path for all the pdf files. If it is creating a single pdf with all the files within it, you need to set publishcollate to 0 instead of 1. Otherwise I think the publish options should do it for you.
