Help Printing a A0 drawing

I Have not been able to print some A0 drawings today as they should be.

We only use 841mm wide paper so when printing a A0 drawing its printed in portrait, but this time on all 6 different dwgs I have tried to print it has failed to print one third of the left side and missed appox a third on the height side.

Yet on the preview it shows the whole drawing as it should be printed and its has got the room on the paper to print its just not printing it all.

 

The drawing is printing in the correct orientation BTW

 

What you think it could be ?

Are you printing to a particular scale or "fit to paper"?

 

Have you checked off "Center the plot"?

Have you tried to print to PDF then print it ?

Hello Guys

I did try unticking Center the plot and it didnt help, its also scaled in paper space to 1:50 at A0 , Sparky I have just also made a pdf of it and it prints ok, so its got to be some settings in autocad when it prints direct to my printer.

 

I can not upload the drawing here as the file size is to big

I have seen this before.

 

Have you tried setting the plot up as a Window and setting the Offsets to X=0 and Y-0

 

This has sorted it for me in the past....

Richard thanks for reply, I did try it but no its still not printing correctly

I know it sounds daft but is the orientation within the plot and printer setup correct. On Some drivers if the printer is in the wrong orientation this can happen.

Is your title block in paper space at 1:1 ie about 800+ mm across then it should work perfect at plot 1:1 we plot A0 & A1 both at 1:1 scale your model views only.

Sorry guys been off work until yesterday, just to let you know i am still unable to print this I have just about given up now, spent some time trying different things even fit to paper and it still wont print the whole drawing, its like there is a viewpoint at size A1 thats set to not print anything outside its size anything inside the A1 viewpoint prints thats the only way to discribe what it prints like, I'm going to go through my old A0 drawings to see if they print ok today just to see if its just that dwg and only that one fingers crossed, if anyone whats to try and print this for me just to prove the drawing is ok ? please pm me for my email thanks
