I'm a 19 year old, who has some experience in civil design and architecture using Autocad... I haven't furthered my studies as yet, i'm basically still exploring the different fields of interest. I've recently received an offer to receive training in reverse engineering for the MAN Diesel and Turbo company. I have not yet confirmed anything, i would first like to get a feel of the mechanical assembly drawings in 3D... I have graduated high school with a distinction (90 percent) in engineering graphics and design, which covers the basics of civil, electrical and mechanical design... I was able to learn autocad on my own. I would like to know if anyone would be able to help me... I want to download any kind of 3D mechanical assembly drawing to see if i would be able to re-create it... And just get the feel of things... I had in mind a diesel engine or a motor or turbine of some sort.... I love a challenge, so complexity won't be an issue... At the moment, my options are still open... I have narrowed it down to either civil or mechanical draughting of some sort... Computer aided design seems to be my "calling" or forte... Any kind of help would be greatly appreciated..... Thanks!
