Cad64 Posted January 6, 2011 Posted January 6, 2011 Gnomon is the best. I've learned a lot from the books and videos by Alex Alvarez, Vitaly Bulgarov and Scott Spencer. Good stuff if you're looking to get into the CG world. Quote
rocneasta Posted January 6, 2011 Author Posted January 6, 2011 i wish i could just say **** with everything and pack my bags, my son & pregnant wife and attend their 2 year course i think the can give what no other tutorial can, and that's answers to real questions and workflow that's proven to work - it's just that USA is for me miles away and the cost is not in my league Quote
Cad64 Posted January 7, 2011 Posted January 7, 2011 The gnomon campus is only about an hour drive from where I live. If I were a few years younger I would probably be enrolled. Quote
Cad64 Posted January 7, 2011 Posted January 7, 2011 I thought that would make you drool. Have you considered getting in on their online training courses: http://courses.gnomonschool.com/courses/category/online/ Or just buy their training DVD's. I actually like learning from DVD's because you can work at your own pace. And, of course, you can watch them over and over and over. Quote
rocneasta Posted January 7, 2011 Author Posted January 7, 2011 ough yes, i've considered getting into online training, buying dvd's, i've even considered to attend 6 months fast track, even my wife said it's not a problem for me to leave without them... Quote
