It is possible to disable the borrow license message that appears each time I run AutoCAD after I borrowed the license?

Thanks

Probably can't get rid of the nag balloon without a scary registry edit of some kind. Why? Do you borrow a license for a long time?

Well, all I can tell you is that Autodesk and I do not recommend borrowing a license for very long. The maximum time possible to borrow a license is 6 months. But a good CAD admin will limit this down to 30 days to 2 weeks. If your hard drive dies or something, the license will be orphaned and it is difficult to reclaim if that happens. So it is by design that they nag you often about the license being away. And Inventor is an expensive ****** to go missing.

It might be better to simply get a license over the network. If you are out on the road you could you use a VPN connection to maintain a connection to the license server. It uses very little network traffic to maintain the license (less than 150 bits every minute). But I know in the real world, that isn't always possible. You might be out in the Land of the Lost and really have no connection.

So it's really either nagging or a network connection. Just my 2 cents from a guy has dealt with these very issues.
