JSLC2008 Posted September 24, 2008 Posted September 24, 2008 Hi In this day of cut and paste I have a problem in importing a large aerial jpeg image into Autocad LT as a background image. ( to print on A2) I know it can be done as I often receive drawings of such nature but this is doing my head in. I came from a Vector works environment and never had a problem but Autocad has stumped me. Can any one list the process from the image in Photoshop (format no problem) to a separate layer in LT. Cheers JSLC:cry: Quote
Dipali Posted September 24, 2008 Posted September 24, 2008 first of all LT does not have the facility to import image files. you will need add on programes like LT EXTENDER to do that. or upgrade to LT2009 , they have added that feature there Quote
chulse Posted September 24, 2008 Posted September 24, 2008 LT should be able to handle OLE. Simply copy/paste the image in. Not the same as attaching an image in the full version though... Quote
