exporting FROM revit TO Sketchup

I am having trouble exporting my revit file to sketchup, eventually Kerkythea, I think you have to go through sketchup first? Or can you export directly into Kerkythea? What format would you use? I have tried DXF, ACIS, DWG, 3d image files, but nothing seems to work. Its just not recognizing the file when I go into SU. Any advice would help, thank you.
