.dwg hatch quality when converting to PDF file

Okay,

 

Perameters: AutoCAD2007 - Adobe 8.0 Pro

 

When converting a 24X36 .dwg file to a .pdf file and then plotting it, we have noticed that certain hatch patterns (in this case DOT hatch pattern) appears broken whereby there are streaks of dark hatch and streaks of light hatch.

 

Plotting the .dwg directly there is no issue, only when .pdf is plotted.

 

Any suggestions?
