Cannot move cells in table from data extraction

I'm kinda new to this data extraction stuff (literally started trying it about an hour ago). I've got a title block with both sheet number and sheet title attributes in it, and when I extract the attributes from the blocks I can generate my sheet index fairly easily. HOWEVER, I can't seem to control the order that my sheets need to go it when the table is created (i.e. G-series sheet come before A-series sheets). All of the cells are unlocked, but I can't move my G001 Cover Sheet from the bottom of the list to the top of the list. Heck, I can't even insert a row at the top to manually enter it in.

 

What am I doing wrong here?
