ntptorres Posted January 23, 2011 Posted January 23, 2011 I have PDF import to autocad 2010 but when I open the PDF in autoca the resolution is very bad ,I cant draw on top,is to dense....what can I do do ... this process I dont use it to often.... but there another way..... here is a sample what can I do to see it beeter safter import to autocad 2010 Quote
ReMark Posted January 23, 2011 Posted January 23, 2011 Is there any way to increase the DPI of you PDF? A higher resolution would most likely result in a sharper image. If it were me I would digitize the image into AutoCAD and forget working with a PDF file. Too many AutoCAD users don't realize that the PDF format was developed for exchanging documents between word processing programs not between CAD programs. Quote
ntptorres Posted January 24, 2011 Author Posted January 24, 2011 Ok..... if I would digitize an image into autocad, what software I should use.....!! I look around but..?? I understand your point,is really frustrating trying to sharp some images to import into autocad 2010.... Quote
ReMark Posted January 24, 2011 Posted January 24, 2011 First you would need a digitizing tablet. The software is shipped with the tablet. Calcomp and Summagraphics used to be the two biggest names when it came to digitizing tablets. Now I believe it is GTCO/Calcomp. Quote
