Is there any way to increase the DPI of you PDF? A higher resolution would most likely result in a sharper image.

If it were me I would digitize the image into AutoCAD and forget working with a PDF file. Too many AutoCAD users don't realize that the PDF format was developed for exchanging documents between word processing programs not between CAD programs.

Ok..... if I would digitize an image into autocad, what software I should use.....!! I look around but..?? I understand your point,is really frustrating trying to sharp some images to import into autocad 2010....

First you would need a digitizing tablet. The software is shipped with the tablet. Calcomp and Summagraphics used to be the two biggest names when it came to digitizing tablets. Now I believe it is GTCO/Calcomp.
