Need help with 80/20 or T-Slot Parts

Hello all. I am looking to make a configurable part to share at work for slotted extrusions. I want it to be something simple to re-size when designing but am unsure what the best way it to do this. Right now I use 3D Content Central and download the lengths I need but it becomes a pain in the butt. I have made some iParts before but they do not seem to do what I want. Any suggestions would be great. The part I use is 1515 Series 80/20 if you need an example. http://www.3dcontentcentral.com/parts/supplier/80%2020-Inc/9/13/22/22/Models/part.aspx?id=110

I just want to be able to say change the length from 10 to 12 inches by just stretching it or changing a number.

Check out cbliss.com he has the 80/20 steel families up there already.

Otherwise your options are to either create an iPart or Author the shape into Frame Generator.
