I tried to figure this out and I give up. How do you make a Room Tag Annotative?

The attached is a list of two different room tags. One is from one project - the tag is annotative the other is from a current project - the tag is not annotative.

Sounds like one is text the other a block.

 

Copy the one with annotation actually attribute into the other drawing so you can use it.

Tot he best of my knowledge they are both blocks. To get to either on of them I had to go to the block editor. Yes, that is what I ended up doing.

You posted a docx makes it hard to look at dwg but the AEC is a big hint if its an Autocad architectural style object same as in civil 3d you have to edit the properties of that style to change it. Its a smart block not a normal block. Someone using architectural may be able to help
