Linetype scale not plotting

Hi, 1st post on this site so please bear with me.

A simple 2D arc is drawn on the XY plane using a dashed line. In PS I have 2 viewports. 1 is Plan view, the other is SW Isometric. In the plan view the dashed line shows perfectly, but in the SW view it still shows as continuous. No matter what combination of settings to either LTSCALE or PSLTSCALE, I can't seem to get the dashes to appear in SW view.

are you having issues viewing it on the screen or plotting out wrong?

 

Have you been into your viewport manager? Things are often viewed different in 2d vs 3d windows.

It appears fine on the screen, just won't plot as dashed in 3D. Just a continuous line. The 2D view plots fine.

2D view - shade plot - as displayed.

SW isometric view - shade plot - hidden.

Just to clarify, a straight dashed line is plotting ok in SW isometric hidden view. The problem is only with a dashed arc.

I don't see why an arc won't plot as dashed when a straight line does.
